Wakamatsu Soroban Club is committed to keeping the trust of students and people who we work with. This Privacy Policy sets out what personal data we collect and why, how we use it and keep it secure.

We collect the minimum of personal data needed for us to provide the services we offer (teach you Soroban). When you start lessons with us we ask for your contact information so we can tell you about lesson schedules, discuss progress and contact you in an emergency. We don’t use the personal data that we collect for any other reason than to provide our service and the administration around it. We never share your information with anyone else.

Once we no longer have need for your personal information, we remove it from our records. This will happen once you no longer have lessons with us.
